Current Limitation

Currently, the CDC connectors (MSSQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL) allow storing the DB log offset in a file or in a Kafka topic. However, with the Kafka option, we cannot provide the authentication details for the Kafka instance.

Suggested Improvement

Provide an attribute in the CDC listener to accept auth details for maintaining Kafka authentication.
