Error while executing the ./build command

Hello I am a new user to qe. Whenever I try to execute the command it says the following:
./build

from scipy.constants import physical_constants
ImportError: No module named scipy.constants

Is scipy installed on your computer? either pip install scipy or follow https://scipy.org/install/
