`/questions` languages does not include the raw name

Currently, the languages listed in /questions does not include the raw name of the language. This makes it so it can't be used on the frontend.

Add a new field to the LanguageSyntax struct that contains the raw name (and consider renaming the other fields to reduce confusion)
