Exclude directory option

When importing a directory, I want to be able to exclude sub directories / file extensions.
my library is a set of large FLAC files which have been transcoded to smaller files in a subdirectory:

~/Music
   |- //.. all my .flac files
   |- ./transcoded
           |- // all my opus/mp3 files

I should be able to import the Music directory but also exclude the transcoded dir so files are not duplicated
