Repeat request for bluetooth permissions

Steps to reproduce

1. install app
2. deny bluetooth permissions on open
3. disable "off grid communication"
4. disable BLE, multipeer and multicast
5. disable bluetooth on the iphone
6. kill app
7. start the app

Current behavior

Every time the app is started "fresh", I get a notification (from ios) prompting me to enable bluetooth in settings.

Expected behavior

Given that the app has no bluetooth permissions enabled bluetooth features in settings, I would expect the prompt not to show up.

Other

This is not the only app where this happens with disabled bluetooth permissions + disabled bluetooth. I recognize that it may be a limitation of ios. However, it is quite annoying and if at all controllable by the app I would consider this a bug.

I confirm this behavior on my physical iPhone (not in the simulator).
