hard fails

• dorothy-internals is not failing on failures
  • fixed on dev/internal-perf however, it broke crash detection, so got to fix that
• fs-link is failing to replace broken symlinks on macos (possibly others) due to failure in fs-path from fs-path.bash
  • fixing on dev/broken-symlinks
• AppImages are apparently encountering issues when uninstalling them
  • Bug: AppImage utilities fail to uninstall #322
  • Bug: AppImage downloads fail to verify if appimage not yet installed #323
• get-devices fails on linux, affecting setup-server and mount-helper

performance

• setup-shell is slow on older machines
• ask, choose, confirm can be made performant by reducing need for wrap calculations by enabling no echo TTY mode
• wrap and cleaning can be made performant by inlining into ansi.bash and possibly by doing a pure bash implementation
• Improvement: make config-helper fast #321
