Legistar test suite takes ~2 minutes probably due to slow YAML cassette parsing #218
Description
Each of the 8 Legistar VCR cassettes is 13-15 MB of YAML (large Legistar HTML/viewstate blobs across 5 years of iterations).
Acceptance criteria
- Tests run faster
Notes and 🤖 suggestions
- Configure VCR/pytest-vcr to use the faster yaml.CSafeLoader instead of safe_load if possible
- Re-record cassettes with _CASSETTE_NOW pinned closer to the test dates (e.g. 2022) to reduce year iterations from 5 to 2, shrinking cassettes ~60%
