Unable to save information in ARG_000001 BCO #263

Information in IO Domain is not saved after each update in ARG_000001 BCO.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
[EXAMPLE STEP TEMPLATE BELOW: FILL IN INFO AND ADD/REMOVE STEPS AS NEEDED]
- Go to Output Subdomain under IO Domain
- After inputting media type, file name, and the URI (https://beta-data.argosdb.org/ARG_000001), the information was unable to be saved after each hard refresh
