ARG_000010/DRAFT - Unable to save information entered for IO Domain

Describe the bug

Under IO Domain, for both Input & Output Subdomain - each time after I put something, saved the draft, and refreshed the page, whatever I just put and saved were gone.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Input Subdomain' under IO Domain
   Enter 'SRA Run ID' for Filename and 'http://SRR23238509_1.fastq http://SRR23238509_2.fastq' for URI

2. Go to 'Output Subdomain' under IO Domain
   Enter 'FASTQ' for media type; 'SRR23238509_1.fastq' and 'SRR23238509_2.fastq' for filename; 'https://hive2.biochemistry.gwu.edu/dna.cgi?cmd=home' for URI
   Enter 'SAM' for media type; 'aligned reads' for filename; and 'https://hive2.biochemistry.gwu.edu/dna.cgi?cmd=dna-hexagon&cmdMode=hexagon-virus&id=55162' for URI
   Enter 'FASTA' for media type; 'Consensus where gaps are skipped' as filename; and 'https://hive2.biochemistry.gwu.edu/dna.cgi?cmd=dna-heptagon&parent_proc_ids=55162&id=55164' for URI
   Enter 'html' for media type; 'report' for filename; and 'file:///Users/jorjawu/Downloads/o55168-report.html' for URI

Expected behavior

All above information should be saved in their respective fields after saving the draft
