Wrong default value for formatter.useEditorconfig setting on hover

Hey there!

Apologies if this discussion is not appropriate for this kind of issue but, given the Issues categories, I didn't feel like any of them would fit this issue accordingly.

I've found that formatter.useEditorconfig says that it's default value is true when hovering on the option in my IDE, however, when consulting the docs, it seems like it's false by default instead.

I've checked myself and the current default value in my current environment is false, you have to set formatter.useEditorconfig to true to make Biome apply configurations from EditorConfig file.

Environment information:

Biome version: v2.2.0 (@biomejs/biome)
Biome IDE Extension: v3.3.0 (biomejs/biome)
IDE: Antigravity

That's a bug. Feel free to send a PR. The docs are in the source code, so if you search for it, you should find it easily. Default value is false
