Share project between Bitwig Studio 5.3.2 and Cubase 14.0.10

Hi.
I'm very excited about this project and am eager to start using it. Currently sharing projects between Bitwig works as expected. When I share the project with Cubase it can open it and play it without any problems (there are some issues with samplerates of wav files) but when I want to open Cubase export in Bitwig there are some track/clip shifts.

So i have made some tests.

Test 1 (Cubase -> Bitwig)

Clean project with 2 tracks. Midi and audio bounce of that midi. Midi has c4 d4 e4 f4 r1 r1 r1 starting on 2nd bar.

The observation is that the track is there but the location of the clip is shifted for one bar.

Test 2 (Cubase -> Bitwig)

The same as Test1 but the audio track has been stretched 200%.

The observation is that the track is there but the location of the clip is shifted for one bar and the track is not stretched.

So the questing is What is next?
Can i do something in Cubase or Bitwig to get similar behavior?
