Lack of events integration of powerStats issue after warm up period #2
Description
After a lack of events the powerStats statistics data in the Dispatcher agent is filled with wrong data. This only occurs with approximately zero workload. As a consequence, there are only a few events. Somehow integrals computed for the first period in the batch means method are out of range.
