不论在分屏显示还是原始markdown页面 都无法鼠标滚动 也没有滚动条
自己部署的和官方demo都这样

No matter in the split screen display or the original markdown page, the mouse cannot scroll and there is no scroll bar.

这个问题的根本原因是全局 CSS 把 html 和 body 的 overflow-y 设置成了 hidden !important，导致页面整体无法滚动，也没有滚动条。即使 markdown 页面内部用了自定义的 ScrollArea 组件来实现滚动，但全局样式的覆盖会让滚动失效，鼠标滚轮和滚动条都无法使用参考。

建议在全局 CSS（通常是 app/src/styles/globals.css）里，把 html, body 的 overflow-y: hidden !important; 去掉或改成 auto，然后刷新页面测试是否恢复正常滚动。如果还有问题，可以检查是否有其他地方用到了类似 .hide-scrollbar 这样的 class，或者有嵌套容器的高度和 overflow 设置冲突参考。

如果方便，也可以打开浏览器控制台，看看是否有相关的 CSS 或 JS 报错，这有助于进一步定位问题。

问题现象：分屏模式（sv）左侧“原始 markdown”无法滚动，且看不到滚动条；右侧预览能滚动，原始模式（raw）可滚动。
根因：分屏左侧 DOM（.vditor-sv）在全屏编辑器容器内没有明确高度，且父容器为 overflow: hidden 的 flex 布局，导致 .vditor-sv 实际高度为 auto，无法形成可滚动区域。
vditor 自带的样式只设置了 .vditor-sv { overflow: auto; flex: 1; }，但当外层没有显式高度时，这些设置不生效，因此没有滚动条也无法滚动。
涉及文件

• app/src/components/BlinkoCard/FullscreenEditor.tsx
  • 全屏编辑器容器：overflow-hidden + flex + min-h-0
  • 内部 BlinkoEditor/Editor 需要明确高度链路（否则 vditor-sv 无法获取有效高度）
• app/src/components/Common/Editor/index.tsx
  • vditor 挂载节点：
  • 该容器处于 flex 布局中，但默认没有 height: 100%，导致 .vditor-sv 高度无法撑开
• app/src/styles/vditor.css
  • 需要给 #global-editor .vditor、.vditor-content、.vditor-sv 增加明确高度/滚动约束
  • 建议补充（或等效规则）：
    • #global-editor .vditor, #global-editor .vditor-content { height: 100%; min-height: 0; }
    • #global-editor .vditor-sv { height: 100%; overflow-y: auto; }
• node_modules/vditor/dist/index.css（说明性）
  • .vditor-sv { overflow: auto; flex: 1; }
  • 在外层高度缺失时无法生效
    建议修复方向（供 Issue 参考）
    为全屏编辑器下的 vditor 容器补全高度链路，让 .vditor-sv 拿到真实高度并具备滚动能力：
• 给 #global-editor .vditor / .vditor-content 明确 height: 100% 与 min-height: 0
• 给 .vditor-sv 明确 height: 100% 与 overflow-y: auto
  这样分屏左侧即可正常滚动。
