Endurance Caches a Single Site, Breaking Sibling Sites in a Multisite Install

Summarize the issue (briefly)
Endurance seems to break Wordpress Multisite installs by caching a single site as the _index.html page and serving it on all of the sites in the multisite group.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a WP multisite install.
2. Allow caching to take place.
3. Visit more than one of the sites in the network; they will have incorrect content on at least 1.

Expected behavior
Each site has its own directory for cached content that it can serve from.

I'm forced by HostGator to use the plugin, so this is a blocker for continued use of multisite.
