Proposed approach – please confirm

While creating a task, I’m planning to add mapping fields with dropdowns (multi-select) for:

• Use Cases

• Models

• Frameworks

• Vendors

This allows a single task to be mapped to multiple relevant options.

Display & UX:

• Mapped data will be shown in a table view

• For Models and Vendors, the table will show a summarized view (e.g., count or label)

• On click, a detailed view will open showing the full list of mapped models/vendors

• The same tab will include search and filters (by use case / model / framework / vendor)

Please confirm if this mapping structure and table interaction aligns with expectations, or if you’d prefer a different approach

Sorry for the late response here.

That works. Since a mapping is usually a few of them, my suggestion would be to convert the task details (currently it's a modal) into a full page, with a back button on top, and directly add those mapping configuration inside that full page. What do you think? In this case we'd have a lot of space.

That makes sense to me. I like the idea of having everything in one place with a back button for easy navigation. I’m good to proceed with this approach.

Right. You can also use one block to show all links as boxes on the right hand side of the page. An edit link would open a modal.

On the left, task deatils would be present.

@gorkem-bwl To align on the UI, I can share a simple mock layout to illustrate the idea before implementing. Please let me know if that works.
