The Application is designed as a private tool to extract data from your own Clover merchant account. The Application itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to its creator or any third parties.
When using the Application, you may provide:
- Clover API credentials (API token and Merchant ID)
- Access to your Clover merchant account data
The Application uses your Clover API credentials solely to:
- Authenticate with the Clover API
- Retrieve the requested data from your Clover merchant account
- Generate local CSV files on your device
The Application itself does not retain any data. All data is:
- Retrieved directly from Clover using your provided credentials
- Processed locally on your device
- Saved as CSV files only on your local device or specified location
- Not transmitted to the Application creator or any third parties
While the Application itself does not store your data, you are responsible for:
- Securing your Clover API credentials
- Protecting any extracted data files
- Ensuring appropriate access controls to any systems where you deploy the Application
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
The Application connects to Clover's API services. Your use of Clover services is governed by Clover's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Since the Application does not collect or store personal information, there are no specific data subject rights to exercise with respect to the Application itself. However, you maintain all rights granted to you by Clover regarding your data stored in your Clover merchant account.
