Background

In order to keep CBA functioning, it needs to be converted to MV3.

What to change

• Follow migration document.

Challenge

The biggest problem is that MV3 doesn't yet support User Scripts, below are threads to follow:

Currently it doesn't look like that new userScripts can help us with inject and cs-inject actions, currently it uses userScripts.register in order to load script to the pages matching the pattern, what we are looking for is a one time execution, something similar to scripting.executeScript, but with the possibility of specifying custom user code.

There is a Execute user scripts one time proposal, which in case implemented, may help here.
