Volume Boost Option #721

Request:
Add an option to boost the audio for the app overall.
Problem Statement:
The base app (and bttv app) has a lower volume compared to other apps that have audio on android. Generally user has a setting for a normal comfortable listening volume in any app (youtube, music, etc.), when you watch twitch streams the audio is about half in comparison, and you need to almost double your output volume just for twitch. This ends up with the user, after watching a twitch stream, switching back to their music app to be blasted by very loud music if they forget to reduce the volume back to normal.
Proposed Solution:
Option to "boost" the audio output for the app. Option in the settings that, when enabled, will automatically boost the video audio output by 25% (?) when enabled. When option is disabled keep the default volume level output.
OR
Provide a volume slider for the player itself that the user can adjust and bring up the volume. Will need to determine what the current volume the player is set to and give the ability for the user to reduce or increase the volume from the player itself past the default.
In both cases, the ability to boost or adjust the audio should be independent from the OS level volume setting.
