Clicking on a job link in an annotation should take you to the job and open its accordion

## Current behaviour
If you annotate a build with a job link. For example:
```
<a href=\"##{job_id}\">Job ##{job_id}</a>
```
and you click on the link , nothing happens

## Expected behaviour
- change the viewport to the select job
- expand/open the job accordion
