Support Classification Tasks in Modeltime

Seems like users are trying to perform classification tasks:

• modeltime_calibrate() Unable to calibrate a classfiication model (R 4.3.1) - .pred_class column returned #252

Consider supporting classification tasks in a future version of modeltime.

From a priority standpoint I'm a bit tight at the moment. Maybe you can get a PR started on it. Or enlist some help.

You mention in #252 that a workaround is to turn the classification problem into a regression one. Observations to predict would then be integers. How would you propose to deal with non-integer predictions though?
