g3proxy : add an option to retrieve the value of the dynamic escaper proxy

Hello,
I'm using g3proxy to dynamically switch proxies with the escaper dynamic publish options, but when I want to know the value of this proxy, there's no option to retrieve the value. Would it be possible to implement a get option or something similar to dynamically pass values?

You can add cache: <some path> config to the escaper and the published json value will be written to this cache file.
