Generate app data dictionary

Problem

Right now, the only way to get an overview of the data managed by an app is to check the use case inputs or to read the technical summary generated by the auto tests.

Potential Solution(s)

Create an additional entry alongside the activity diagrams and technical summary, give a dictionary of the data managed by the app. We can also add the notion of PII (Personal Identifiable Information) to data types and flag them in here.
