Using other tag to specify the required property

Now the env use the ,required suffix to specify the field as the required parameters, which is quite different from common pattern applied by other similar packages (for instance, go-flags).
Since now I am trying to migrate from the go-flags, I would like to see if the env can also support the separated required tag 🙏
