Why does the color the shell not change with the wallpaper

I found the same wallpaper from the shell preview video from a previous discussion and was wondering why the color is not matched with the wallpapers? I thought that it would automatically do that. If not, then where can I manually change the color scheme? Thank you.

run caelestia scheme set -n dynamic

You can also use the launcher to set the scheme to dynamic
