Retry failed shift core operation #64
Description
When using shift core to execute some operation (create a tamper rule, create a workflow) it would be nice to see be able to attempt a retry by simply modifying the previous prompt. The previous failed prompt could be automatically inserted into the shift window with the last operation failed
