Create a test for the key.csv "remove" feature.

key.csv has a field "remove", that causes the image to be removed from the server and the specify database. Create a test that will stand up the image db, image server, and specify database. Verify that the specify db entry has been created and (and then removed), and query the image server via the rest interface to ensure that the image was ingested and then that it was successfully removed.
