[FEATURE REQUEST] - Pretty debug-log + status watch

Request

I would like a pretty 'monitor' tool for showing both the juju debug-log, and juju status --watch in the same window. Sort of like a TUI maybe.

Justification

This isn't essential as it can be easily solved with terminal multiplexers or window managers, but given that I reckon most charm engineers have their own version of this, it would be nice to centralise it in a common tool like jhack.

Inspiration

Using kitty windows, but same can be achieved with tmux:

yeh I've been playing with the idea for years now, but I've been discouraged from embarking on the journey many times.
