Support for matrix-hookshot #1484

The Notify_matrix docs mention the "the webhook service", which I assume was an older matrix webhook solution, since it points to a broken matrix-webhook page.
And there's also a mention of "Presuming you've set it up" which points to an old and unmaintained project called turt2live/matrix-appservice-webhooks, that notes in its readme "Check out matrix-hookshot as a replacement for this archaic bridge :)"
I've tried using the methods explained in the docs for matrix-hookshot webhooks, but hookshot is probably too different from the older matrix-webhook to work.
Therefore I'm assuming there's currently no support for the newer matrix-hookshot, and no future plans for adding it, right?
