Update OpenSSF Best Practice Badge

I checked the badge scoring and found you probably can update some of the scores for better.
For example, I noticed you already use cppcheck in your CI scripts. So you should be able to check "met" for all items in the static analysis section.
Ditto for "passwords for authentication".
Please check and update your answers. Likely you will get 100% :-)
