[Velbus] [Feature] ???? Pre-Defined VMB4DC as a RGBW colour module #15

Feel free to instantly delete this, as it's just an idea and might be seen as a blurring of the line between a binding and a function of openHAB2.
Would it be possible to create an alternative Velbus Thing for a VMB4DC, where it is Pre-Defined as a RGBW colour controller, which presents just a 4 element
Colourpicker channel.

I have been able to create orphan colour pickers in openHAB2 and use the rule your provided to get the RGB % values, for pushing into 3 channels.
However, if the 3 channel values are changed by Velbus events, the colour picker can't be updated. (Or at least, I haven't been able to work out how)
Also, with RGBW tape (for example) being more common now, a Thing that takes the guess work out of a setup would be very useful.
