Scripts

The folder /scripts/ contains standalone helper scripts for CrossWatch.

They are not used by the CrossWatch app or sync engine.
You run them manually when you need to fix/clean something in a provider.

Why these exist

Sometimes you want a clean provider state without changing CrossWatch itself.

Examples:

• You tested syncs and want to wipe the mess.
• You’re switching your “source of truth” and want a fresh start.
• Your watched / rating data got corrupted and you’d rather reset than debug.

These scripts are the “do it once, do it manually, do it carefully” tools.

jellyfin_emby_cleanup.py

Utility for Jellyfin and/or Emby to inspect or reset user state.

What it can do

• Show Jellyfin watched history
• Show Jellyfin personal ratings
• Show Emby watched history
• Remove Jellyfin watched history
• Remove Jellyfin ratings
• Remove Emby watched history
• Full Jellyfin clean (history + ratings)
