[apps::vmware::connector::plugin] tools-vm - (enhancement)

Hello,

During last period we had issue on vmware upgrading vmtools, and would like to add a check on this specific option "toolsUpgradePolicy" on VM. I think it should be attached to tools-vm check, some ppl may want it to be on "upgradeAtPowerCycle" and some may want "manual".

A second one linked to tools would be a check if Tools Insaller are mounted. It may produce some side effect when you try to put a host on maintenance, vm cannot be transfered due to access to the mounted virtual cdrom. I don't know if it exist but I've seen some perl script with "toolsInstallerMounted" parameter.
