Issue with user profile fields and mobile access in v1.11

Hi everyone,

I have been working on a small training project using Chamilo 1.11.x and I ran into a bit of a weird situation with the way user profile fields are appearing on mobile browsers.

Specifically, I am trying to customize the "Extra Fields" for my students so they can see their internal ID numbers more clearly. The problem is that when I test the view on my phone, some of the data fields don’t seem to refresh properly. It's frustrating because I’ve been trying to check my own details as a test user, but the layout is making it impossible to see the information correctly.

It actually reminds me of an issue I'm having right now in my personal life where I am not able to check my fab ratibi card balance in uae because the portal just won't load the numbers correctly on my mobile. It's that same kind of "blank screen" or "stuck loading" feeling.

Has anyone else noticed that the CSS for user profile pages acts up on smaller screens? I checked the configuration under the administration tab but I cannot find a specific setting to force a mobile-friendly layout for custom fields.

If any of the developers or experienced users have a tip on which .css file handles the user profile summary, I would really appreciate the help....Kindly help me solve it ASAP....

This is a v ery common limitation in Chamilo 1.11.x on mobile views. Extra Fields are rendered using desktop oriented CSS and some values do not reflow or refresh properly on small screens. There is no admin setting to force a mobile layout for custom fields in this version. The profile summary styles are mainly handled in main.css and the theme specific CSS under /web/css/. If mobile access is important, the practical options are custom CSS overrides for small screens or upgrading to a newer Chamilo version with improved responsive handling.
