descriptastorus and scipy all updated and the code crashed

A new version of descriptastorus and scipy will cause a crash if you follow the original setup procedure:
AttributeError: module 'scipy.stats' has no attribute 'gibrat'

I tried descriptastorus-2.4.2 and scipy-1.6.2, and the problem may disappear.
I hope the author should point out all versions of the requirements because maybe several years later other requirements will be updated.
