Brew won't update tart when tapped in a Brewfile

Tart apparently used to be part of brew core and then created a separate tap. This causes issues for brew and prevents updating as part of a Brewfile. Would it be possible to go back to the brew core formula? That would solve brew related issues and reduce friction.

The tart formula in Homebrew/core is deprecated and will be removed at the end of the month. We had to deprecate it because it was relicensed from AGPL-3.0 to a non-free license. This issue should go away once the formula is removed from Homebrew/core, unless another formula named tart is added for a different free software.
