Cursor sometimes becomes invisible when returning focus to the canvas from color picker #113
Description
If a color selection (initiated by tab) is ended without confirming a selection, the cursor will not be visible on the canvas.
The x/y coordinates shown on the lower right-hand corner of the UI will update when the arrow keys are pressed, and the cursor can be made visible again by simply pressing tab twice to initiate and confirm a color selection or by entering/exiting the file open (alt+o) or charset select (alt+S) screens.
