Format all lines of multiline comment

Something I am looking for but can't find is a way to colour the comments of all the lines in a multiline comment. For example, if there are several lines of code that are commented out, it would be extremely helpful to be able to enter a tag in the first line of the code and have all the lines changed to the appropriate colour. It seems unnecessarily tedious to have to enter the tag in every line. It defeats the purpose of block commenting.

Perhaps there is something I am missing or don't understand; perhaps there is a way of making this adjustment myself. If this is the case, I would appreciate some pointers.

Hey, in python there is no such thing as multiline comment, those are multi line string literals which have no code implications, and therefore treated as comments. To be honest I have limited time right now. But as I also use these style of "comments", I will investigate it at some point to match multiline strings in python specifically whenever there is no character before ( only tab and spaces )
