Build basic CMS system for app

As an admin of the project I would like to be able to edit the content using a basic content management system.
The content I want to edit is:
a. the homepage sections
b. to add blog posts in the Informeaza-te section
c. the about page
d. the Terms and conditions page.

Additionally I need to be able to manage all the first-aid trainings.
This means i need to be able to add first-aid training providers and then to add trainings and assign them to each provider.
