error in downloading file 38501

error was reported when using VSCODE IBM i to download file from IBMi to local computer. Error said "Object not copied. Object is /QSYS.LIB/QTEMP.LIB/QTEMPSRC.FILE/TEMPMBR.MBR. (38501)".
