txt files linked from the calendar page do not show repeat events

On a quick look it seems that events that are added to the calendar yml with 
```
repeat:
      interval: {weeks: 1}
      until: 2025-10-23
```
then the repeat event does not show up in the txt file, eg https://coderefinery.github.io/calendar/workshops.ics.Europe-Helsinki.txt
