Text generation web UI Codesphere template

Cloned from text-generation-webui and adapted to allow an automated install & out of the box support for running in Codesphere.

Getting started

Navigate to CI Pipeline and run the Prepare stage.
Run the Run stage.
Click on the open deployment icon in the top right corner.
Start chatting with the pre-selected tinyLlama model or download additional models via the models tab
