Option to interface with neo4j directly

For debugging, it might be nice to have the option to construct a `Client` without a connection to a neuprintHTTP server.  If I have access to the neo4j server itself, it would be nice to have the option to use neuprint-python with that direct connection, using the neo4j python client directly.
