Transform the `consento` screen into an activity log

The consento screen currently display the received consento requests.
When using the MVP, I request access to several vaults, and I don't remember which one, so I couldn't really see a status update of my last actions.

In the consento screen, display the tasks performed and their status, lie:

• access request for vault X pending,
• access request for vault X denied or out of time
• access request for vault X accepted by relation Y
• vault X closed

All these items could include a button delete if the user does not want to keep a track of it.
