Allow editing Volumes in docker-compose resources

Currently, when trying to edit a docker-compose based resources, you are not able to edit the volumes from the related UI.

This is expected behavior as the docker-compose acts as the source of truth.

However, it would be a nice quality of life improvement to be able to directly modify the volumes from this UI and also apply these changes to the compose file.

The UI offers an option for static files, which allows you to easily mount files and edit them from within Coolify, however when its in read-only mode, this section of the UI is useless.
