Lap issue #35

I've tried to reproduce your work. There is a problem with the lap package.
from ._lapjv import ( File "__init__.pxd", line 164, in init lap._lapjv ValueError: numpy.dtype has the wrong size, try recompiling. Expected 88, got 96
Would be very helpful if you could update the package versions that work for you.
