metricsTTL missing from coroot resource

I'd prefer to use clickhouse for metrics as well. I noticed there is no metricsTTL available.

@freshpr, thanks for the report, we definitely need to add this to the CRD. As a workaround, you can set the METRICS_TTL environment variable in spec.env.
