Add support to create apps per profiles

Example: I have 2 Firefox profiles - A and B.

I want to create YouTube using Profile A, so that it contains all my extensions.

If I create it using Profile B, it does not have any extensions since Profile B didn't have any extensions either.

Also, why can't I disable the "isolated" profile option?
