Craftgate Sandbox Env. Sign Up Issue

Description

• I'm integrating the craftgate-java-client into my eCommerce application and attempting to set up a Sandbox account for testing.
• According to the Developer Portal and Integration Docs, there should be a Sign Up form available on the Sandbox login page. But there is no option to register there.

Usage

• I'm building a payment service designed to orchestrate multiple payment providers using an adapter implementation. I want to use Craftgate Client as a primary provider due to its payment and orchestration features.
• Adapter pattern and Open/Closed principle can handle multiple providers including the Craftgate integration.
