[Feature]: Add `--prefill-corpus` option

We should copy echidna and implement this: crytic/echidna#1523

This will aid in seeding the corpus

Hi @anishnaik!, the corpus prefill is based on this Python code that uses Slither (ofc!). Ideally we want to extract it and integrate it into Slither as a printer, so it can run faster and be maintained by the Slither team (which should do a better job than me, asking Claude to implement and optimize it 😆 ). Once that is stable, it can be used by any tool.
