Improve import syntax

The current syntax is a little awkward:

from console_logging import console
q = console.Console()
q.error('abcde')

compare with other projects:

import colorlog
colorlog.error('abcde')
~~~

~~~py
from logzero import logger
logger.error('abcde')
~~~

~~~py
import coloredlogs, logging
coloredlogs.install()
logging.error('abcde')
